The buildings are organized as mid-rise blocks that balance urban density with openness, allowing each unit to benefit from natural light, ventilation, and visual connection to the surrounding greenery. The architectural language relies on a layered composition of balconies, recessed volumes, and horizontal lines that reduce the perceived scale while creating a calm, ordered elevation.
